Our dearest friend V-Nyx Kate Domincel has recently passed away while battling Leukemia .
As she was living in the Philippines, Solano Nueva Vizcaya ; she was diagnosed with Leukemia about a year ago. Her mother worked hard to bring her to Canada in hopes to seek better treatment and a better future.
V-Nyx came to Canada just three months ago for the very first time to be with her mother , and seek treatment at Sick Kids Hospital . Unfortunately , V-Nyx passed away right after her 18th birthday where she was able to celebrate her last birthday at Sick kids hospital .
This fund raising account will help her mom who is a single mother to raise money in assisting to fulfill V-Nyx's last wishes to be returned and buried in the Philippines .
If you could please find it in your heart to support our GoFundMe Campaign by making a small donation and by sharing it with your network, this act of kindness will help her Mother send her body back to the Philippines where they can give her a funeral and a chance for her family to say goodbye there.
Below is a picture of her that was taken at Sick kids Hospital .With the help of her supportive nurses , who helped V-Nyx put on make up and a wig making her feel beautiful , she was able to smile and look forward to her celebration . A few days after she passed away on February 24, 2019 .
