Please HELP Sully

If you know Chad and I at all then you know the amount of time, energy and money we put into our foster babies. We rescue on our own, we foster for rescues and we help out whenever we are called with babies in need.....even when we are literally exhausted. While out trying to trap a visually impaired momma cat and her newborn baby I came across this sweet soul we have named Sully! He had obvious injuries at first glance and my heart went out to this sweet boy. An intact wandering male kitty that at some point in his life had been hit by a car. I found him with a shattered shoulder/femur that has healed with some deformity and his lip has been degloved from his jaw and had healed hanging down off his face. His leg is functional but his lip really is not. He drools constantly and has some struggles apprehending his food to eat. He needs his lip fixed so his mouth functions properly. He breaks my heart looking at him but he is a kind gentle soul and I vowed to help him when he let me pick him up in the middle of street that night. WE NEED HELP. We currently have 13 foster kittens and 9 foster adult momma cats and medically needy adults. We take in the most needy cases to help because we have the knowledge to get them back on their feet but the funds to care for them run low at times. We keep going. I have never asked for help with our efforts helping kitties but Sully was unexpected and came at a time where we are overloaded with medically heavy fosters. This boy is amazing! It was dark, lights shining on him and he let me scoop him up in the road and drive him to an emergency clinic without a single objection. He was so happy to be safe and comfortable he slept the 5 hours it took me to get him home that night. I hate asking but we just need a little help to help this sweet boy. He went to the vet for an evaluation today. He will need two surgeries to get his lip moved back up to its correct position and reattached to his jaw. His lip may not be pulled up all the way with the first surgery because it would be too much tension. Surgery with anesthesia/pain meds/antibiotics was estimated at $300 each. If you can help us help Sully we would be more grateful than you all can imagine!! We can only handle so much with these kitties......please help
