VC&NS is the only Non-Profit organization in Virginia that specializes specifically in the historic river highways that helped found our great nation. The money's raised will go toward our new Museum.
We have created a museum of cultural waterway heritage of commonwealth and national interest. Members have collected archives, artifacts and memorabilia and building navigable reproductions.
The museum is located in Madison Heights, VA where not only can we show the culture but we can use the space for meetings, workshops and to help to continue the Batteau, river and navigation education for history.
Your donations are tax deductible, and you will be mailed a receipt.
We are hoping to reach our goal by July 1, 2017!
