Violet Needs X-rays!

Hi Friends!
A few years ago, you all helped me buy Violet from a farm and save her from slaughter. For that, I am eternally grateful! But now I need your help once again.
You may have seen on my social media that Violet has been “off her hind legs” for a few weeks now. We’ve had a vet out to see her several times, but none of the medications we’ve given her (anti-inflammatories, steroids, antibiotics) have helped.
Our next step is to transport her to the large animal facility at New Bolton for scans of her spine and hind legs. This may result in her needing surgery, so I will update our goal amount accordingly. She will have to stay at least a couple of nights at the center as well.
I know it may seem silly to some to be raising so much money for a pig, but you all know how important Violet is to me! The fact that she is only five, and is still in good spirits with a healthy appetite means that she hasn’t given up, and neither can I!
