Victor Oyemade Tuition Fund

Hello!  Donnell Outlaw here from Chicago helping another gentleman abroad.  I met him about a year and a half ago and he's been desperate in getting back to school.  He currently lives in Nigeria and things aren't looking well there financially.  He's hard-working and has certification in crane operation but, that job market has dried up.  Its not looking so well.  I'd like to help him involving his tuition.  This is why I Need YOUR help!!!  

Surprisingly, the man in need of help that goes by the name of Viktor Oyemade, is in need of tuition assistance for Ladoka Akintola University or 'Lautech' for short.
.  Its pretty cheap compared to things here in the U.S. and the financial aid over there in Nigeria isn't helping him either.  So, would you please help me as I am trying to help him get an education and therefore a better leg up in this life we share.
