On Sunday, October 16, 2016 at about 8PM, my brother Victor Grandy was shot in his back and killed while visiting family in Wilkes Barre, PA.
His murder has not been solved and remains a mystery.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his two sons, 2 year old Joshua and 9 year old Javir, his mother, sister and brother.
Any amount of donation will be greatly appreciated. The proceeds will be used for his arrangements and for his children he leaves behind.
