በዚህ አስቸጋሪ ወቅት በገንዘብ ላገዛችሁን ሁሉ ምስጋናችን ታላቅ ነው



በከፋ በሚኖሩ ከምባታ ጠምባሮ ወገኖቻችን ላይ የደረሰውን ዘር ተኮር ሞትና መፈናቀል ስምታችሁ የተጎዱትን ለመርዳት በሚናደርገው ማዋጮ አቅማችሁ በፈቀደ መጠን በገንዘብ እገዛ ያደረጋችሁትን ሁሉ በተጎጂ ቤተሰቦችና በከምባታ ጠምባሮ ተወላጆች ስም ከወዲሁ እናመሰግናችኋላን::

ደሃው ስሞትና ስፈናቃል ሜዳ ላይ ስበተን ዝም ብሎ ማየት የሚችን ጨካኝ ዓይን ስለሌለን ሰምቶ እንዳልሰማ ጆሮ ዳባ ልበስ የሚል ጆሮ ስላልተሰጠን አቅማችን የምችለውን ለማድረግ ስንቀሳቀስ ምንም ልዩነት ወይንም ምክንያት ሳትደረድሩ በሐዘናችን ከጎናችን ለቆማችሁና ይህንን ጥረት ላገዛችሁ ሁሉ እግዚአብሔር ይስጥልን ማለት እንወዳለሁ::

ላለፉት በርካታ ወራትና በአሁኑ ሰአት በአገራችን በተለያዩ አካባቢዎች በተፈጠሩ አለመረጋጋቶች በርካታ ዜጎቻችን ከቀዬአቸዉ ተፈናቅለዋል፣ ከቤተሰቦቻቸዉ ተለያይተዋል፣ ህይዎታቸዉን አጥተዋል፣ አናም ለመከራና እንግልት ተዳርገዋል። በአሁኑ ሰአት በኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ ከ1.4 ሚልዮን በላይ የሚሆኑ ዜጎች ከመኖርያና ከትዉልድ ስፍራቸው ተፈናቅለው በጊዜያዊ መጠልያዎች ተበታትነው ይገኛሉ።
ከዚህ ጋር በተያያዘ ላለፉት በርካታ ወራት በከፋ ዞን ዉስጥ በሰፈራ ምክንያት ከአስራ አምስት አመታት በላይ ይኖሩ የነበሩ የከምባታና ጠምባሮ ብሔር ተዎላጆች በአሰቃቂ ሁኔታ ሲገደሉ፣ ሲፈናቀሉና ቤተሰቦቻቸዉን አጥተዉ ሲንከራተቱ ቆይተዋል ። በዚህም የተነሳ ከ500 ኪሎ ሜትር በላይ የሚሆን ርቀት አቋርጠዉ ወደ ከምባታ ጠምባሮ ዞን ተመልሰዉ በጊዜአዊ መጠልያዎች ተበታትነው በአሁን ሰዓት በጥቂት በጎ አድራጊ ሰዎች ጊዜያው እርዳታ እየተደረገላቸው ይገኛሉ ።
ስለዚህም አስቸኳይ አርዳታ ስለሚያስፈልጋቸውና በቀጣይ መልሶ ለማቋቋም ይረዳ ዘንድ በማሰብ በሰሜን አሜሪካ የምንገኝ ኢትዮጵያዊያንና ትዉልደ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ይሄንን የገቢ ማሰባሰቢያ ጀምርናል ።




Due to the recurrent conflicts in different parts of Ethiopia, the number of internally displaced people surpassed 1.4 million according to ​Internal Displacement Monitoring Center​ (IDMC). This ongoing national crisis has left hundreds of thousands of people homeless, took the lives of thousands, and forced families to separate from each other and live in desperate situations.
Ethnic groups of Kembatta and Tembaro who have been residing in Keffa zone for more than fifteen years have been killed, attacked and forced to leave the place they have considered home for decades. As a result, they are forced to move back to Kembatta Tembaro Zone which is over 500 kilometers away. Now they are residing in temporary shelters with the help of very few volunteers in Durame City and in need of urgent support for basic needs.
To alleviate this dire situation, we Ethiopians and Ethiopian Americans who are residing in North America are organizing this fundraiser and we ask all individuals and humanitarian organizations to support these helpless families.
