Vicky Lacaire-Durant Fire

On the second day of 2017, Shagged Hair Salon in Oxford, owned by long time friends Vicky Lacaire-Durant and her daughter Amelia Durant, went up in smoke during a middle of the night fire. The salon is destroyed.
Some how by the grace of her positive attitude and outlook on life itself aVicky had this to say on Facebook just hours after the disaster,
"God is good. We already have a place to relocate. Half mile down the road. In oxfords casual diner plaza. Should be working in by Wednesday. Stay tuned. When one door shuts another opens. Life is good today!! All clients will be taken care of. Thank you God no one hurt, and for answering my prayers so quickly".
This family has experienced their fair share of hardship over the years and we hope that friends will dig deep and help them rebuild. It's the holiday season and perhaps cash is tight but imagine waking up this morning and finding that your dream business is in ashes.
