Stop The Deportation of Vicente

Vicente Marcial Noyola is currently being detained at the Wake County Detention Center. Despite the fact that his 7 US citizen children need him home, ICE placed a hold on him. Vicente has a pending driving with a suspended license charge. Due to the ICE hold, as soon as that is resolved he will be transferred under the custody of ICE instead of being released to care for his family. Vicente has type 2 diabetes and his condition has worsened in detention as he is fed food that is not good for him, such as bread and rice. His children’s grades are dropping, they are not eating or sleeping, and they are getting sick living with uncertainty of their future. Help the Marcial family through these difficult times.
