Viaje a Lesbos (Campo de refugiados)

Esta Navidad he decidido ir a ayudar a un campo de refugiados en Lesbos, Grècia. La situación va mucho más allá de lo que precaria podría definir: desde hacer cola desde las 2 de la mañana para poder desayunar hasta duchas sin agua caliente para más de 80 personas por ducha. El campamento al que voy estaba diseñado para alojar 3000 personas y actualmente hay más de 8000.  La necesidad crece y las ayudas no son nunca suficientes... Mi idea es ir a servir en lo que haga falta, desde llevar refugiados de un lugar a otro de la isla, limpiar baños, preparar comida, lo que haga falta.

Next Christmas holidays I  have decided to go and help at the Moria refugee camp in Lesbos in Greece.

The situation there goes far beyond what the word precarious could define: from queuing from 2 a.m for getting breakfast, to showers without hot water for more than 80 people per shower.

The camp I'm going to was designed to accommodate 3000 people and there are currently more than 8000.

The need grows and the aid is never enough ...

My idea is to serve in whatever they need me, from transport refugees from one place to another, clean bathrooms, prepare food…. whatever necessary.
