VFW Post 1433 Fundraiser

The Veterans of Foreign Wars is a fraternal and charitable organization, established in 1899, which helps current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, who have been deployed to wars, conflicts, and other hostile incidents throughout our country’s military history.  Our membership includes persons from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, does not discriminate on nationality, as many foreign citizens have also served in the U.S. military over our history.

Sandy Coor VFW Post #1433 was chartered in Glendale, Arizona, 26 March, 1926, and has been a part of the Glendale community for over ninety years and counting.  We are a 501c(19) tax-exempt corporation in Arizona, and we are primarily funded through banquet hall rentals and private donations.

As a VFW Post, we have many programs, internally and externally, to aid veterans and interact with the community in areas of education and community partnerships.  We are a member of the City of Glendale, Arizona Chamber of Commerce, and we also sit on the Glendale Veteran Affairs Committee.

We are respectfully soliciting donations to this account, to aid us in several ways:

·       Aid and Relief to Veterans In Distress

·       Funding of Service Officers to Aid Veterans with VA Claims

·       Funding of some events which allow Veterans to share comradeship at our Post

·       Funding of Critical Infrastructure Repairs as Needed

All donations are tax-deductible, and we are prepared to give documentation, by email, for your generous donation, if you desire.
