Please help my mom

My father was involved in a tragic body surfing accident in Waipio valley on 8/11/18.
It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon when my dad, mom, son, and myself had just gotten on to the beach and were looking  forward to going for a swim.
We took a couple of pictures with my dad and he hopped in the water. We saw him catch a few waves and swim back out when I shortly joined after.
I looked for my dad to join him but didn’t see him. I asked my mom if she saw him but we never worried about him in the ocean as it was where he spent most of his free time.
I had an odd feeling and got out onto the beach to look for him. I walked down the shore and found my father floating face down. I immediately screamed and ran to not the water and somehow managed to pull him in to the shore by myself where several people helped me get him all the way out.
Bystanders and myself preformed cpr and gave dad rescue breaths for over 40 minutes until help was able to arrive (due to the remote location of the incident).
It was too late when they arrived but we held on to hope on the longest drive of our lives to the hospital.

My my dad was the most HUMBLE man I have ever met. He would never ask or accept help but I am asking for my mom.
My parents moved back to the Big Island full time in July of 2017, a month before my sons birth. In May, 2018, they were forced to leave their beloved home of 13 years in Leilani estates due to the impending lava eruption. Since May, they have move 4 times and finally settled into a cozy 1 bedroom rental in Ahualoa.
My dad always worked hard for our family and provided for my mom to be a stay at home mom and now grandma. He took care of every bill and my mom had no idea about their finances. With bills piling up, and no income coming in, this has just added to the already stressful situation.

On top of funeral expenses, my mom now has to fly to Florida to go over my dads will, hire an attorney to have control over his accounts, and a separate attorney to deal with an impending real estate transaction. She now has no where to call her own home.

She is is unaware that I’m making this but I know it needs to be done. My husband, brother and I are taking care of her as much as we can and the way my dad would have wanted but she needs help.
