VEX Robotics World Competition Trip

John McIntire Elementary School in Zanesville, Ohio started an after-school Robotics program this year to introduce students to STEM education.  It has succeeded beyond our expectations!  Our 6th grade all girls team, the 4112A Biddy Bots, has won the Ohio State Championship and qualified to go to the VEX IQ Worlds Competition in Louisville, Kentucky from April 23-25, 2017.  This is an amazing accomplishment, but also a very expensive proposition.  The registration itself is $850. Travel, hotel cost, and food will amount to a minimum of $2500 more.
