Vet bill for our dog KU who had surgery Tuesday

My moms dog Ku got ran over and it damaged his shoulder well they said it was broken into and the vet said if he didn’t have it that it could kill him and that it would cost $500 and we don’t have that kind of money we’re actually on a fixed income. Well they wouldn’t work out a payment plan or anything so they did the surgery and won’t let him come home until they have at least $200 dollars down. Go figure we don’t even have that much. So please I beg you for your help to get our dog back home and he’ll probably have to take meds and get physical therapy so we’ll need all the help we can get.
