Brandon needs our help!

As you may or may not be aware, my brother Brandon has been hospitalized since last Tuesday (7/10) and thus far has been diagnosed with Acute Pancreatitis.  He was recently transferred to the Surgical ICU floor at St Francis Hospital in a Peoria where he is awaiting surgery at some point. We have been told that up to 70% of his pancreas is necrotic (dead) and needs removed, and right now we don’t know if that’s all this is - it may be awhile before he’s out of the woods in this. 

Brandon & Konner recently moved in with us in Wapella about a month ago, and Brandon got his job back as a 911 dispatcher in Bloomington, but had not been back with his employer long enough to start receiving health insurance and currently has no income because he cannot work. 

Several of us are pitching in to make sure Konner is taken care of and we are doing our best to make sure someone is with Brandon so he he isn’t by himself.  We all know the amount of his medical bills will be astronomical when this is said and done and I am asking for your help to at least try and give his situation some sort of relief. 

We are all very appreciative of the calls, texts, prayers and visits and we will keep everyone as informed as we can if and when we get new information.  Brandon and Konner made a giant leap in their lives to get out of a domestic situation that was not good for either one of them and now they need our help.  Anything that anyone can do for them would be infinitely appreciated.
