Wheelchair Van for Cameron

Donation protected

This is my nephew, Cameron.  He was born with two rare genetic disorders called Angelman Syndrome and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. If you're like we were, you may not be familiar with Angelman Syndome or Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.  Essentially Cameron's chromosome 15 is different from yours or mine.  Because of this, Cameron is non-verbal, has seizures, feeds through a tube into his belly, and must use a wheelchair.  He also has a huge crush on Shakira!  When he sees her video he grins and laughs.

Cameron just turned 17.  He is a little guy who is suddenly not so little anymore.  As he prepares to go into the adult system his requirements are more complicated than ever.  His equipment needs are astonomical... which is extremely expensive. We have started the HUGE initiative of fundraising for Cameron's next wheelchair van.  This van will go with Cameron into his adult years.  Our GoFundMe campaign is only one area of our fundraising efforts.  We recognize that this is a major endeavour and we are prepared to do whatever we can to ensure Cameron's needs are met.  Any donation large or small is greatly appreciated by Cameron and his family.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
