All Joanna Zizzi (aka Jody) wanted was to move back to her home town and start a nice life close to family. Within a week of moving home she has been diagnosed with cancer. It has started out as a tumor on the left side of her face. She just started a new job but due to all the doctors appointments she has missed a lot of work and with this happening so fast she is currently unable to keep up with her bills.
She is currently scheduled for surgery on her parotid gland and lymph nodes in the neck area on May 27. With this surgery there is a good chance it will paralyze that side of her face. She then will meet with the oncologist to see if chemo along with the radiation will be ordered.
