Help Me Marry My Girlfriend

I met my girlfriend in 2015 when we worked together at BWW and its been hands down the best year of my life.  We've been talking about the idea of getting married before we leave OK so that our friends and family can be a part of the wedding but she really had no idea I had plan to propose before the new year.  I had slowly been asking her about different ring designs and sizes and was able to pick one I knew she would love and put a down payment on it.  I only owe $650 on the ring which would have been no problem for me given that nothing changed drastically in my life.  Unfortunatly thats exactly what happened in the last few days. Due to unforseen circumstances we have to had to move, put down payments and fees on an apartment and it no longer seems like I'll be able to afford the only christmas gift I had truly planned on buying. I had the whole proposal planned down to a specific day and place so I'm really just trying to have the money before christmas to have the stones set and the ring paid for.  Having the money would mean the world to me, I've spent hours planning this whole day out so that our timeline could fit a wedding before we left Oklahoma.  Words could not even begin to explain how happy and absolutely thankful I'd be to be able to still have this ring before christmas.
