Hello,
My name is Cassie; I am currently trying to raise money to go on the Central Valley Honor flight in Oct. with the WWII veterans as one of their Guardians.
As a guardian i will be helping these men and women get around going to see their memorials in Washington DC. Some of these men and women are in wheel chairs and have a hard time getting around.
This will be a great experience and will help me network with these Veterans and hear about their life experiences. Possibly open my eyes into a whole new perspective of WWII.
As a Veteran myself I do believe that this will be an experience of a lifetime.
