Stage 4 Breast Cancer

In 2009 I faced breast cancer for the first time and survived it but dealt with 8 more years of MRSA/Staph infections, 6 pic lines, hyperbaric treatments and 25 surgeries before I finished my battle alive and happy. That was just a couple years ago...
Three months ago after falling yet again, I went to the doctor for x-rays to find my breast cancer has returned but to my femur bone and hip this time and becoming Stage 4 breast cancer.
Not a week after hearing this news, I was in a horrible car accident that broke my femur with cancer in it plus MANY other bones in my body and spent three weeks in the hospital to learn to walk and take care of myself again.
I'm still struggling with the accident and my chemo treatments have started now. It's being a huge challenge in itself but I've not been able to pay on my small home (700 sq ft) and do not want to loose it leaving me with nothing. It's all I have, I've downsized everything I have and this small home is really all I have left to give me roots and security.
I was awarded disability, enough to pay majority of my bills, but I have to wait 6 months before my checks even start being issued to me (March 2020). I could loose my home by then.
Please help!!!! Can you it your organization help me save my home? It's not much but it's everything to me!!!
