Type 1 Diabetic Alert Dog

My daughter was diagnosed at age 4 with Type 1 Diabetes. She recently has been diagnosed with Celiac's disease. She is now 5 and has been struggling emotionally and physically with the recent changes to her life style. A diabetic service dog would provide an extra level of protection for her health while at school, outside activities and at home care. She experiences hypoglycemia (low blood glucose levels) regularly. Unhealthy glucose levels lead to nerve damage, blindness and kidney disease. This service dog would greatly benefit her health and possibly extend her life and ease the health issues moving forward.
