Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center is a non-profit located in Charlotte County, Florida. Our mission is to raise public awareness of the value of our natural and cultural resources by providing environmental education, recreation, research, and management of conservation lands.
Earlier this year, our utility task vehicle (UTV) was stolen from the property. This UTV is used to clear trails, remove invasive species, and haul crucial equipment throughout the property. Our trails are enjoyed by thousands of guests each year, including public programs and field trips for local school children. The UTV is also critical to help guests who have an emergency situation while on the trails.
