Matt's matching $1,000 for USVI
Tax deductible
My former home, the United States Virgin Islands, was ravaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria (known locally as #Irmaria). I have many friends who are still without the basics of real-world society. These are Americans--three months later-- without power, internet, and basic essentials. They need help. Like, serious help.
See the photo for this posting? That's a friend's home. The front door blew through onto their back deck. BLEW THROUGH! They're fine (as is their cat) and they found new housing. Others? Not so lucky.
Please join me in providing them with the fundamentals of first-world, human society. The goal is $2,000; I will match up to $1,000. All donations go to the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands. More info at https://www.usvirecovery.org/
