Urgent surgery for our brother Alejandro

Our names are Rochel and Melekh Brikman. Our parents and brother are currently living in Venezuela.
As many of you may be aware, the situation in Venezuela is perilous at best. The inflation rate has skyrocketed so much in the last few years that it has left the Bolivar (the currency in Venezuela) practically worthless. American dollars are being bought on the Black Market and because of the horrible economic situation, the exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis.
People are starving to the point that they don't rob one another for gold or silver, but for a mere piece of bread.
That all being said, my 33-year old brother, finds himself in a very unfortunate situation.
He fell and fractured his toe, rendering him immobile. The doctors cannot simply put a cast, they said they must perform surgery. He cannot continue to work to help contribute to the household expenses until the surgery is completed, which is putting a big financial strain on our parents.
The operation and after-care costs will be around $2.700 CAD. Since the inflation is so bad, this isn't even the guaranteed price from the hospital.
The doctors are anxious to get the surgery done by this MONDAY AUGUST 12.
Therefore, we are frantically appealing for your help to urgently raise these funds. Any amount will be a pikuach-nefesh (the saving of a human life) and will greatly help us provide him this much-needed surgery.
In the spirit of this period of Three Weeks of mourning, when our Holy Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed by fire on account of our Baseless Hatred, let us remedy this blemish by showing Baseless Love by helping to contribute to this worthy and demanding cause.
All prayers for Alejandro ben Aliza (the 'j' is pronounced as a 'ch'), especially Psalm #34 for good health and a speedy recovery are always most welcomed.
