Help for Reagan

Donación protegida

"Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God."   Hebrews 13:16

(I am editing this story as it changes)  PLEASE GIVE AS GOD LEADS YOU!
PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.
(03/12/19)  Reagan has been trying to continue with Doctors appts.  So many to go to.   Her last visit she was told her stomach pain is not only her needing a hysterectomy but also that she has Chron's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.  Not all of her medications are covered by Medicaid.  We are sending as much money as possible to fill the gaps.  We have drained savings.   She has not been able to work for weeks.   Her car cannot be driven far enough to get to work when she is able to go.  She is in dire need of meds, groceries,  and just household necessities.   She has sold a lot of her belongings and is trying daily to sell as much as possible just to buy groceries.   She is in great need of a dependable car and a washer & dryer (washeterias are about $10 for a load to wash and dry).     Please Pray.

(02/01/19) Reagan is still struggling a lot with her health.   She's been in the Emergency Room a few times since I last posted.   She also had a scheduled procedure done to alleviate some of the stomach pain she has.   She was unable to work for over a week.   She actually went Monday or Tuesday straight to work from the ER.   She has been to the ER a few times since the first of the year.   She will be having to find another place to live again.   The place she rented was very cheap and is in very bad shape.  Exposed wiring, no electric outlets, no closets at all, just to name a few.   So another move will be extremely hard.  Hard to find a place and hard to pack and move again.   She will be having a much needed Hysterectomy in the near future.   That means off work again.   Please continue to pray for her and Help out if you can.

(12/23) Please keep Reagan in mind as she is having a very difficult time especially at this time of year.   We took a trip to Arkansas to pick her up to spend Christmas with us.   Things did not go as planned and she did not come home with us.   After we left she had a flat tire and was stuck in a parking lot at a grocery store.   She had to leave her car there and find a ride home.   Things are not easy.   She has to get to Little Rock soon for blood transfusions but her car won't make it.  She is also scheduled for another surgery on Dec. 31st which means missing more work.  She is in great need of a reliable car.   Thanks to a very good friend who paid for a deposit and rent she is now in another home.  That friend wants to remain anonymous.

Reagan is our 38 year old daughter now living in Arkansas.   She is in desperate need of help Now.  She has a car that won’t make it through the winter ith no means at all of getting another one or repairing that one.  The transmission needs replacing and the repairs will cost more than the cars value.

Her entire adult life has been a daily struggle.   She has very serious health issues that started before she was 30 years old.  She has had heart problems, diabetes, blood pressure issues, depression, complications from a stomach bypass and so much more.  An ER Doctor told her he thinks she has Ovarin cancer.  We will have to wait until her appointment to find out for sure.  Many days of her adult life has been spent in hospitals and emergency rooms.     She also has some severe damage to her spine from an accident a few years ago.   Because of the bypass complications her diet is very specific and she can’t afford the proper foods.  She is always exhausted and never feels good but keeps on going.  Her Doctors do not clear her to work at all, but she has no choice since her disability check is less than $700 a month.  Her doctor for her back said she should not be working at all and will end up in a wheelchair in a few short years.  She has regular blood transfusions, B12 shots monthly, and needs a vitamin patch every day.  A close friend of mine has give me the money to buy her patches.    The stress of going from day to day has been devastating to her health.

Because of those and many more health issues her work is on and off.   She is a very hard worker and more than willing to work, but can’t work enough hours with her disabilities.  She never seems to be able to get caught up on bills.   She just started a new job and has only gotten one small check so far.  My husband and I have been helping for years.   We have been helping with purchasing cars, car repairs, rent, utilities, gas and groceries.   We are now both retired and our funds are limited.  We have exhausted all that we can help with.

Thanks to the help of many of you Reagan has now moved into another place.  She has also been trying to sell most of her belongings to make as much as possible.    We are praying now that she will be able to get a little more to get a reliable vehicle.   She really should not be walking to work.   She has regular doctors appointments with many different kinds of doctors.  She misses some of her very important appointments because they are too far for her car to go.

This may not be what some would say is a legitimate use for a Go-Fund-Me Account, and we are aware there are so many with more serious issues. Please try not to judge.   Everyone needs help at some time in life.  If you don't agree just don't help.  If you had lived this every day for ten years with one problem after another day after day, you would understand what brought us to this point.  The tragedies in her life are much more than she deserves and more than I could list right now.  She has a very big heart and would help anyone if she could.

We don’t know what else to do except to ask for any amount of help you can give.  It has become an urgent need.

She recently started going back to church and is praying for God's Help.  Please Pray and do what God leads you to do.   Any amount would be appreciated.  The goal of $ 5,000 is in hopes of her being able to get reliable transportation.  Any amount would help.  We certainly understand that some want to help but can't.  But everyone can send a prayer.

Thank you.
