Urgent medical care for Aimé

Dear Friends. A young Burundian research colleague and human rights activist is in need of urgent help following 15 months of detention in eastern DRC. Thankfully he has now been released and is recuperating in Kigali, but needs surgery and longer-term care.  He is a valiant defender of justice and peace,  and has done so much to  give voice to the needs of young people in the Great Lakes.  We are aiming to raise €1500 so that he can get the medical he urgently needs but can otherwise not afford.
