Urgent: Fleeing Domestic Violence

A mum and three children in need of urgent help.
A dear friend has recently found the courage to escape a toxic relationship and is in desperate need to start a new life of recovery, confidence and provide a safe environment for her three children.
A couple of weeks ago she was beaten, yet again, by her husband. Sadly this was not the first instance of domestic abuse but this time it was so devastatingly severe that she has had no choice but to flee her home.
Seizing the first chance she had when he left the house, she rushed to wake her three children and left the house with nothing more than the clothes on their back, the children's comforters and a carrier bag stuffed with nappies.
She drove through the night and ended up in a city she'd never been in before and is now seeking shelter In a women’s refuge. She has a roof over her head for the next 6 months but little else.
Benefits and bank accounts will take a month or more to sort out to get this lady her independence back and the chance of a fresh start. That won't do - she urgently needs food and necessities for her and her three children. I'm hoping to reach the target very soon, or close to it, and send vouchers to the PO Box that the refuge has set up.
I do realise that including a stock image and not being personal enough to name her may be a barrier here, but please look past that. Her identity needs to be protected for now so she can escape this man once and for all. Imagine yourself or a loved one in her situation - she is staying remarkably positive for the children but this help will make a huge difference. I don't just mean financially - I mean the notion that there are people out there willing to help a stranger.
