Imagine a society where girls and boys grow up with endless self-confidence, self-esteem and pride in their diversity. Imagine a society where people aren’t confined to the narrow boxes of a medical diagnosis. Imagine a society where everyone could exist as whatever or whoever they wanted to be without constantly having to explain or defend themselves.
Our mission is to create conversation and change people’s attitudes towards mental health and other stigmatized states. Established in September 2017 as a running team, UR Enough has become a mental health movement. Through the power of conversation, UR Enough shares real stories from real people of success and failure, of growth and struggle, of inspiration and industry while shining a bright light on topics commonly avoided in our conversation — such as anxiety, addiction, sadness and pain.
With your help, you could be a positive voice for change and bring hope to those who are struggling and afraid to speak up. Our goal is to create more opportunities within our community that raise awareness, support mental wellness, and celebrate one another's own "enough-ness". With your donation, a portion will be donated to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and the remainder will help to fund the projects behind UR Enough.

They can be used as a resource for another individual’s story, help us to look at the world from a different perspective, encourage us to step out into the things we'd always dreamed of and cause us to think in new ways.
