Do you want to make a positive impact on a local community, the economy, a mother, a father, a child, a grandmother, a cousin, a daughter, or an entire family? Are you looking for a good cause to support? If yes, then keep reading:

I know that the desperate need for underwear, socks, and even bras may sound odd to some. I doubt that this topic is at the top of your or the United States' list of current problems.

But, picture yourself spending every day without a bra, or with a bra that is stained, torn, stretched out, too small, or kept together with safety pins. Now, imagine that your day involves going to the grocery store, to church, to jog, or to your son or daughter's parent-teacher conference without a bra. Yikes!

You can literally save a person's dignity if they are able to go to a job interview with self-worth and confidence by having new undergarments that fit properly under their clothing. Men and women should be able to have access to basic essential clothing so that, if necessary, they can land that perfect job and "bring home the bacon" to provide financial stability for themselves or household. Children should be able to go to school with no holes in their socks or underwear.

We take for granted so much, even the ability to buy a simple bra or any other undergarment for that matter. There are men and women who just cannot afford the necessary undergarments at this time due to being unemployed, underemployed, or disabled.

THE NEW UNDERGARMENT PROJECT'S VISION:
TO PROVIDE unemployed, underemployed, disabled, deserving and disadvantaged men, women, and children "NEW" bras and other undergarments!

TOGETHER AS A COMMUNITY, NEAR OR FAR, WE CAN POOL OUR RESOURCES TOGETHER!
I AM dedicated to improving the DIGNITY, PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL well-being of economically disadvantaged individuals. MEN AND WOMEN CONTRIBUTE TO THE HOUSEHOLD AND NEED TO HAVE A SENSE OF DIGNITY TO PROVIDE FOR OR CARE FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND/OR NEIGHBORS. IT IS NOT EASILY ACCOMPLISHED WHEN YOU CANNOT AFFORD UNDERGARMENTS THAT FIT PROPERLY, HAVE HOLES IN THEM, ARE STAINED, OR NONEXISTENT.

You may have become comfortable donating to the same causes you believe in over and over again. I believe in donating to the same causes over and over again as well. It is great to give continued support to a worthy cause -- but this year, I challenge you to go for something brand new, and think outside the box! Live your life "unframed"! Help change one life at a time in a very meaningful way by providing necessary undergarments for at least one individual so that they may gain a foothold out of poverty. Whether you are a man, a woman, a teenager, a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, retired, a local chef, a celebrity, a receptionist, a teacher, a cartoonist, or a carpenter, etc., you can donate any amount and feel good about it because giving to this project is simply the right thing to do to "UPLIFT" another humanbeing. So if you can, please consider contributing to this project this year as part of your annual giving plan. It's a great way to honor men and women who are actively striving for an improved quality of life and economic independence! It is also a way to improve a child's self-esteem and restore their dignity by donating new and unworn undergarments!

You are providing so much more than financial assistance! You are providing tangible benefits that will benefit myself and other deserving individuals in need for years to come!

· A $25.00 DONATION PROVIDES FOR THE PURCHASE [DEPENDING ON SIZE/BRAND] ONE OR MORE UNDERGARMENTS!
· A $45.00 DONATION WILL PROVIDE ONE PROPERLY FITTED PLUS-SIZE BRA.
· A $90.00 DONATION WILL PROVIDE 2 PROPERLY FITTED PLUS-SIZED BRAS.
· A $135.00 DONATION WILL PROVIDE 3 PROPERLY FITTED PLUS-SIZED BRAS.

I am determined to keep overhead expenses low so that together we can maximize the effectiveness of your donation towards the "NEW UNDERGARMENT PROJECT."


ADDITIONAL WAYS YOU CAN HELP:
IN-KIND AND OTHER donations are most appreciated, such as professional bra fitting services, printing, promotional swag products, gift cards, leftover reward dollars you may have from a retailer, bra tailoring services, lunch for recipients and volunteers, gas cards for transportation, vehicle for transportation, bra expert/speaker, etc. Please contact me if you feel you have something to offer or can make a connection/introduction to someone who may be willing to help.

"NEW" undergarment donations can be dropped off or sent to  924 Water St., Saint Charles, MO 63301.

You may donate/buy/drop off new bras, including sports and nursing bras, panties, girdles, socks or anything considered undergarments. We also accept NEW undergarments for men and children!
