Up walker

Drs can no longer do anything to help me. I am on a limited income and can’t afford the walker but it’s my last hope of anything that will help me straighten up and remain moble. I do have a regular walker but it doesn’t help me to straighten up so I am limited on how long I can be up. Because of the pain when I do get up. Bending over and forward  is painful.  Please help me with one last thing that would help me to remain mobile. I also have muscle dystrophy which adds to things. I’ve never done anything like this before but I am so thankful for any help you all can give. It’s my last hope of being able to walk and be upright. Thank you all
