University of Miami College Visit

Hello everyone! So recently I got the exciting news that I've been accepted at University of Miami for this coming fall. UM had been one of my top schools for a while, but I was unsure about whether I would get in. However, in April I received my acceptance letter and a very generous scholarship as well.
Because I wasn't sure whether I would get in or not, I held off on planning a visit until I knew for sure it was even a possibility for me. Their upcoming open house in on Sunday April 23rd, which doesn't give me much time to come up with the money needed to take a flight out. Also, because of how soon it is, the prices have also been jacked up. As a family who pays for a private school, additional expenses like this can hit hard.
I would love the opportunity to visit this school, because at this point it's probably my number one choice. However, I do realize the necessity of being able to actually see the campus and get a feel for the environment there.
My college decision needs to be finalized by May 1st, and I really would like to be able to solidify my plans and feel secure about my decision before then. Visiting Miami would help me decide if it's truly the right place for me.
So that's where you come in! If 100 friends of mine would be willing to give just $7, I would have enough to go visit the school and know for sure I'm making the right choice about my future.
I'm very happy about the prospect of attending University of Miami. College is right around the corner for me. There are lots of changes ahead, but I know wherever I end up I will have a great experience.
