I am very excited to announce that I was selected as one of eight undergraduate students in the nation to represent the American Chemical Society at a United Nations conference on climate change. This year's meeting will be taking place in Bonn, Germany in November.
As part of my journey there, I will be regularly updating my friends and followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well as posting videos on Youtube about the conference. It is my job to help provide education that climate change is a real thing affecting all life on our beautiful planet.
Unfortunately, the program sending me will not be providing any funds and is leaving me to pay for my flight, lodging, food, and any other expenses. I'm asking my friends, family, and colleagues to provide as much as they can. If you aren't able to donate any funds, then all I ask is that you please follow and share the posts I'll be making throughout my adventure.
