Urgent: Medical Bills Due
Tax deductible
URGENT PLEA FOR HELP!
We have pulled 40 dogs in the past two months alone and have 43 currently in our care. Several of these underdogs came to us with expensive medical issues such as cancer, mange, hip problems requiring surgery, and severe dental needs to name a few. These needs go far beyond the cost that a reasonable adoption fee of $250 can cover. In order to encourage adoptions, we must keep those fees reasonable, and therefore rely on our generous and supportive community for donations to stay afloat. Our adoption fees cover the basics of food, spay and neuter of a healthy dog in our care. Something as simple as an ear infection can run $200 for the visit, testing, and medication. So, you can see it is quite easy to rack up a large bill.
We currently owe our vet $9,000. Yes, you read that right. We want to continue to save as many underdogs as possible, and we know our community wants that too. In order to continue pulling dogs, it is imperative that we pay down this bill before we bring more dogs into our care. Can you help us? Even $5 makes a difference. Please share this campaign so we can get the word out. We love what we do, and we don’t want money to get in the way of saving lives.
Thank you for your unending support!
