Please help if you can

Hi my uncle passed away and he was a veteran and he was a staple in our family.  My uncle didn't have an insurance policy in place but the family has combined some money together but we are short of our goal to put him away properly anyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated. Me and my family would just love to give my uncle closure and a final resting place.
