Uncle’s Burial & Ceremony
Donation protected
Our Uncle was born in Oaxaca, Mexico in the Zapotec Nation. He was currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada. Before celebrating this year's holiday season, we received the news that he had passed on at the age of 45. His body has been finally ID-ed by the forensics (December 30th) and I am doing this fundraiser to help my mom with the costs of associated with sending his ashe’s back to his motherland. The ceremony will take place in our family-clan's burial site.
Your contribution—whether big or small—will help my family with the finances. He leaves behind his eight siblings (seven who still reside in Mexico). He was my only uncle residing in the states (from my mother's side). We are cherishing his memory and will soon have the ceremonies to honor his spirit & legacy. He had a corky sense of humor and his belly showed how much he loved food <3 :D He will forever live with us as he bestowed in my brother and I generations of wisdom and guidance. His spirit will visit in the form of a dolphin as he had a close connection to their spirit
His spirit is now resting beside my grandparents and our ancestors. He was a hardworking man who was devoted to his culture, life, friends and family members.
If you request it, can honor one of your love ones during our clan's ceremony or light a candle for someone you want to dedicate your contribution to.
