Upgrade to Final Cut Pro

The UGtastic interviews started with little more than Photo Booth, FFMPEG, and an obstinate attempt to automate of the video creation process as possible. I've evolved the process through several iteration of editing and publishing processes until I ended up on iMovie and YouTube. The iMovie + YouTube publication process has proven to be the best so far but I'm finally hitting limitations of what I can do with iMovie and am ready to graduate to Final Cut Pro.
The past three interviews I've processed through FCP and realize that the upgrade opens the top off my video creation capabilities and makes processing much easier. The tools are far more sophisticated and will allow better looking and sounding interviews as I learn how to take the most advantage of FCP. Already I know it's easier to swap out images for overlays, improved editing of title overlays, and more sensible management of PIP. And that's just the basics.
The fund is to pay for purchasing a Final Cut Pro license. If there's any overage then I'll buy Motion for creating new intros and outros.
Thanks,
Mike
