Hi my name is Sonia & on Sat 30th April I will be taking on the challenge of doing a 5km swim in Ballyfermot pool to help raise funds for a very worthy cause 'LILLY's WHEELS'.
My goddaughters beautiful daughter Lilly is getting all grown up & will very soon be getting new wheels progressing from a buggy to wheelchair. This means her parents also need new wheels, a wheelchair accessible car. They will get no funding towards a car & will only get the VAT back after they have bought a car, so they have set about fundraising to help raise funds towards the cost of a car & other vital equipment that will make their's & Lilly's life easier.
My bid to help them is taking on my biggest swimming challage to date of swimming 5km a big jump from my current greatest distance of 1,800m.
Help me raise as much as we can to make life easier for this amazing family xxx
