Bella Kidnapped in Russia

Isabel (Bella) Nicole Phillips, an American citizen now 7 years old, was kidnapped by her grandparents while visiting them in Moscow, Russia in April 2016.  So far, her mother has spent close to $20,000 in legal fees and expenses since then in an unsuccessful battle within the Russian legal system.  Our government has been of little help as the United States and Russia have not jointly signed the Hague Convention on International Child Abductions.  

I am a personal friend of Bella's mother (Lidia Phillips) and I am raising funds in order to continue the effort to bring her home by every legal means possible.  All funds raised will go directly to Bella's mother to offset past expenses and anticipated future expenses in her fight to bring Bella home. 

Beyond monetary contributions, any help thru media and political sources would also be welcomed.  

I would be grateful for any contribution small or large in order to bring Bella home.  Please help us make her homecoming a reality.
