We need your help!

For those of you that know me, you know it is very difficult for me to ask for help.  That is however exactly what I am doing now.  My cousin Beth is facing an extremely difficult time.    Diagnosed with CNS Lupus, which has caused numerous other issues - diabetes, kidney disease, loss of sight, etc.  She has suffered 2 heart attacks, a quintuple bypass surgery and 3 strokes.  The most recent heart attack and cerebellar stroke which she suffered at the same time, left her with only 15% of her heart functioning and in need of a heart transplant which until next week we do not know if she is even eligible for.  Due to the stroke, she has lost control over her right side and is unable to walk.  All of this at only 48 years old.   She was discharged from the hospital 3 days ago.  After the first night home, her pipes in the trailer froze causing her to lose her heat & water and she now also needs a new furnace.  She has been unable to work in years due to her failing health and therefore only receives her social security disability which is not nearly enough to cover even the basics for her and her children much less cover any of her additional medical expenses that Medicare hasn't covered.  She is currently not eligible for social services due to the fact that she is not yet legally divorced from her husband who left her 6 months ago which is yet a completely other story.   My Aunt and Uncle have been doing everything in their power to help Beth and her children but have racked up a mound of debt in doing so.   Although my cousin is truly one of the strongest people I know,  the circumstances that keep piling up seem insurmountable without your help.  If any of you are able to help in any way to ease the burden she is facing, it would be so greatly appreciated.  Even if you are unable to contribute financially please consider helping by sharing this post.  Most importantly I ask to please keep Beth and her children in your prayers as they are very much in need of them right now.   Thank you all for considering my plea to help this amazing, strong & courageous woman.
