Save our home from foreclosure

My family and I are at the risk of losing our home to foreclosure. My fiance lost his job due to illness that had him sick for 3 months and my jobs pay offers just enough to keep our lights on. I am at a loss of what to do, this is my childhood home and I want it to be my forever home. I want my little girls to grow up here like I did. We have 30 days, until October 16th, to come up with everything that we owe. Please, anything will help.
