Surgery for Olivia

This is Olivia. She is my 11 year old Boston Terrier and one of the most important things in my life. Words can't express what she means to me and there is nothing I wouldn't do for her.
A few months back, Olivia had an injury to her left eye which has caused countless visits to the vet, a few visits to the emergency vet and the optometrist.
Because of the injury to her eye, she has been suffering from cell loss and ulcers in her eye. We have been given countless medication, eye drops, ointment, as well as "the cone of shame!"
I have done everything possible to try and save her eye, but the many ulcers have caused her so much pain and she is now completely blind in her eye. After our visit to the vet last week it was determined that the only option left is to remove her eye.
The vet said that within 2 or 3 days she will be back to her spunky little pup that she has always been.
Olivia is my saving grace. She has been by my side through good times and bad. She is one of the few things that has kept me going when I didn't think I could put one foot in front of the other. I have done everything I can to pay for her medical bills and at this point I have spent so much money (and don't get me wrong- she is TOTALLY worth every penny!) but I have nothing left. I've used every single resource I have. I can't and won't give up on her now.
Any help at all with her surgery, I will forever be grateful for. My heart hurts seeing her like this and I've cried many nights trying to figure out how I can pay for her surgery. If you are able to donate it will mean more than you will ever know and if you are not able to donate I understand that too and if you could, please say a prayer for us because we could surely use them.
