Support for Tara
On Monday, October 28, Tara, who is 28 weeks pregnant, was given the news that she has leukemia. The final diagnosis is that she has Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) which is very aggressive. Bloodwork taken four days apart showed that her white blood cells had doubled.
They will be delivering the baby on Friday, November 1 via C-Section so that Tara can start treatment ASAP. She will start the induction chemo, transfusions, medications, etc.. that includes a 3-4 week stay in the hospital Cancer Care unit. After, they will determine if she will just need chemo or a stem cell transplant.
Miss Clara Rose will be in NICU until around her due date of January 20, 2020.
This journey will be hard both emotionally and financially for Tara, her new husband Seth, and her sweet little girl. Please consider making a donation to help with all the upcoming expenses they have coming their way.
