My name is Kirk, and I’m reaching out because my health has taken a turn for the worse. I have a leaky valve in my heart, and lately, I’ve been falling a lot—always landing on my left side. My knee gives out unexpectedly, and I can’t lift heavy things anymore. These challenges have made it really hard to keep up with my bills and take care of daily needs. Because of my health, I haven’t been able to work or do the things I used to. Every day is a struggle, and I worry about keeping food in my house and staying on top of my bills. It’s tough to ask for help, but I know I can’t do this alone.
