<div>I am reaching out with a heavy heart and a plea for help on behalf of my dear niece, Sophia. She is a beautiful 15 years old girl who has always been full of life, joy, and dreams for the future. But right now, she is facing a battle that no person should ever have to endure.

<div>At the tender age of 14, Sophia was diagnosed with severe heart disease. For years, she has fought bravely against a condition that has slowly been weakening her heart. Despite countless hospital visits, medications, and procedures, her heart is no longer able to keep up with her young spirit. Her doctors have told us that the only chance for her survival is a heart transplant; a lifesaving procedure that comes with its own set of challenges.

<div>The reality is, a heart transplant is not just physically demanding, it’s financially overwhelming. The total cost of the transplant, including surgery, recovery, lifelong medications, and ongoing care, has been estimated at over $1.4 million. While we are doing everything in our power to support Sophia, the financial burden is simply too much for our family to bear.
