My name is Jason, and I am reaching out to ask for your support for my wife, Niury Guerra-Martin. Our family is facing an unimaginable crisis. Niury was detained by ICE during a routine check-in, even though we have always complied with every requirement. Without warning, she was labeled a flight risk and taken into custody. This has turned our lives upside down. We had a final hearing set for the end of August, but now that opportunity is being taken away from us.

 Niury is the heart of our family. She has cared for my elderly veteran father and our one-year-old daughter with so much love, all without pay or government assistance. With her gone, I am unable to work, and our family is struggling to get by. We are desperate to bring her home, but the legal costs and bond required to secure her release are far beyond what we can manage alone.

 We need help to pay for legal representation and the bond to free Niury so we can fight this unjust deportation and keep our family together.
