I'm a 17-year-old about to go into college, desperately trying to find the funds to be able to achieve my dreams. I want to make people happy with the games I'll create, the stories I'll share, the doors I'll open for others, and the inspiration I hope to give others. I simply lack the financial stability to do so, especially ever since my step dad lost his job as of last December. Just to keep my house stable my parents had to tap into their savings until they had nothing left, we're barely surviving as it is with my mom's job she got this year. ———————- Tengo 17 años —a punto de cumplir los 18— y estoy a punto de ingresar a la universidad, tratando desesperadamente de conseguir los fondos necesarios para poder hacer realidad mis sueños. Quiero hacer feliz a la gente a través de los sitios web y el software que crearé, de las facilidades que compartiré por medio de la web, de las puertas que abriré para otros y de la inspiración que espero brindar. Simplemente carezco de la estabilidad económica para lograrlo, especialmente desde que mi padrastro perdió su empleo el pasado mes de diciembre. Tan solo para mantener la estabilidad de nuestro hogar, mis padres tuvieron que recurrir a sus ahorros hasta quedarse sin nada; actualmente apenas logramos subsistir gracias al trabajo que mi madre consiguió este mismo año.
