Help Ashley Fight Breast Cancer

I've donated to these pages before, never imagining I'd need to create one. That all changed this March when my best friend,
Ashley Erwin, was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer (invasive ductal carcinoma), days before her 34th birthday.
Breast cancer at such a young age is especially aggressive and unfortunately we've found that to be true in Ashley's case. Drs have detected multiple cancerous lesions varying in size in the right breast, along with one in the left, and three affected lymph nodes. Ashley's treatment plan will include chemotherapy, a double mastectomy with removal of lymph nodes, and radiation.
Cancer introduces so many unknowns, but what we do know is that Ashley needs to spend this time fighting for her health. The money donated will go towards Ashley's medical expenses and her household bills, allowing her to take leave from teaching Kindergarten so she can be in the hospital, attend all of her appointments and treatments, and heal at home surrounded by those who love her, including her two young children- Abby, 5 and Ben, 2.
Ashley is the most resilient person I know. She is going to take this challenge, like she has so many others, and thrive. And your love and support are going to help her grow stronger everyday. Thank you for reading this and helping Ashley with her fight!
