My name is James McCloud I live in Pahrump Nevada which is 60 miles west of Las Vegas out on the desert. As you can imagine it gets very hot here in the summer months, many days in the 110's. Our airconditioning system went down just before summer last year. My wife and I are both in our late 60's and live on Social Security. Just paying our bills does not leave much over to try to save for a new unit. Our old unit is more than 25yrs old. They do not even make parts for it so it needs replacement. We managed to suffer through last summer with a bunch of box fans and a portable evaporative cooler. Do not want to go throug that again andI don't wish it on anybody.
