Hello Im the grand-father Andrew Of Toddler Lesley Ann 18 mths old
That had a terrible Accident on Sunday Afternoon 20/3/2016 at home.
I am trying to raise some funds for my daughter and son inlaw to help with their expenses in the coming weeks & months whilst they stay in Melbourne to Support thier Daughter's recovery at the Childrens Hospital.
this is not something they would ask for but as they are young couple and like most young families just getting started on there own don't deserve this . life throws up extra challenges and this certainly is one of those times.
Late Sunday afternoon Lesley Ann was just playing and as young children do (quicker than Ligtening )lent on a window flywire which has given way and she has fallen from 2nd story of house .A terrible accident, the family all of us devistated . the last 24 hrs have been a blur ,From the Air Ambulance to the childrens hospital and now in a induced coma praying when she wakes up for a full recovery.
She has some serious head injuries but they will heal in time (fingers and toes crossed).
I am doing this for my Daughter Andie and son in- law Gareth ,to try help them not have to worry about anything else at this time and so they can stay and be with there 18mth old daughter Lesley Ann at the childrens hospital and also Ronald Mcdonald house .The Money would be used for general expenses accomadation and travel up and down the hwy from there home Geelong and anything else .
My son in-law Gareth only works casual also so this will make it even harder not being able to work at present He a wonderful Dad and a person that would help anyone .
This is not probaly the best writen story but im sure most of you will forgive me at this time hard to write and cry at the same time (blurry eyes)
