On October 9, we had a fire at our rural Maine studio. The fire ripped through our workrooms and consumed everything we use to make our legendary handbags.
Our sewing machines, dies and all of our beads are buried under a pile of smoldering rubble.
We need your help raising money to replace our sewing machines and tools to continue making the legendary handbags that have been making for more than 30 years.
We need your help before the snow sets in. Our Stitcher needs to feed her family, our cutter has two children and another on the way, we all need to get back to work. Jobs in rural Maine are hard to come by and it is important that we start rebuilding as soon as possible.
